The Kanban method allows you to determine the quantity and type of goods and assets to be put into production and when it should happen. It offers the advantage of allowing you to produce only the products required, without the risk of overproduction (Just in Time system).
The term “Kanban” refers to the control signs used in a pull system to identify a product or component and to quickly determine its origin and destination.
